International Fair Swisstech

Production
For CNC turning and CNC machining of precision turning parts we use solely the most modern CNC lathes Mori Seiki. CNC Lathes of Japanese producer Mori Seiki NL-3000 Series enable complex, very advanced and higly productive machining.
Machinery
In production we are equipped with following Mori Seiki machines:
- NL-3000 Y/1250 (lathe with extended turning length, milling tools, C-axis and Y-axis)
- NL-3000 MC/1250 (lathe with extended turning length, milling tools and C-axis)
- NL-3000 Y/700 (lathe with milling tools, C-axis and Y-axis)
- NL-3000 MC/700 (lathe with milling tools and C-axis)

- Max. turning diameter: 520 mm
- Batch size: 1 - 100 (300) pcs.
- Optimal turning diameters: 150 - 480 mm
- Turning tolerances: IT5
- Turning length: 700/1.250 mm
- Surface roughness: Ra 0,6-0,4
- Y-axis travel: +/- 60mm
We use a crane with maximum load 700kg for manipulations with heavy worpieces.
We are able due to construction and power of living tool motor to complex machining the parts with out of axis drilling (up to diameter 35mm) and milling (milling cutters up to diameter 80mm) operations. We are focused to machining of high stability materials (stainless or hardened steel, Nickel alloys, heavy interrupted cuts). Commonly machined materials: structural, stainless, hardened, tempered and tooling steel.
We cooperate with world's leading producers of cutting-tools: Iscar, Walter, Sandvik, Guehring, Ceratizit, Seco, Fette, Kennametal. We use CAD/CAM software GibbsCAM for technology and production set up.
Production control
Production quality control is secured by air-conditioned control workplace equipped with 3D measuring device Mitutoyo CrystaPlus M576, micrometers and inside microcalipers Mitutoyo and Bowers. We control quality of our production very carefully.
We apply Quality Management System EN ISO 9001:2009.
